We all have a dream for India. If each one of us voices our thoughts and aspirations, we can together forge a brand new future for our nation. Let’s each write a new story of change. Let’s begin with Dearest India.
Write as much or as little as you want. Your letter can be patriotic, poetic, optimistic or critical. It can be an essay, a piece of research, a sonnet – you are the best judge. All we ask is to start genuinely with Dearest India.
The first thing we need from you is your letter to Dearest India. Secondly, we need your help to spread the message across India. We have provided a host of materials – presentations, prompt cards, posters and letter templates to use to hold a letter-writing session in your city, town, neighbourhood, workplace or school.
Ultimately, we sincerely want to hear your vision and share it with the world at large. We intend to archive every thought-provoking letter and publish a book for every change maker to read and present it to our Prime Minister in 2016.
